Refund and Returns Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

All requests to cancel an order  must be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items with manufacturing defects only. NO REFUNDS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All item(s) must be returned in the original state in which it was sent (FREE OF DAMAGE, NOT WORN AND OR LAUNDERED, MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING). Please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed after receiving it.

Nanciland Innovations LLC does not pay for return labels. You must pay to ship your item(s). Nanciland Innovations LLC is not responsible for loss and damage during transit. Nanciland Innovations LLC can refuse a return from any customer at any time.
